The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists participates in the international consortium of DATALIT project, co-funded by Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliances  (No. 612561-EPP-1-2019-1-IT-EPPKA2-KA).

The main  goal of the project is:
– to improve social dialogue;
– to encourage bilateral negotiations;
– to agree on key negotiating principles, procedures and possible topics for future collective agreements.

This is a transfer of innovation project focusing on vocational education and training, which is supported under 2013 call for proposal of EU Lifelong Learning Programme and coordinated by Istanbul Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters’ Association (IDDMIB). Primary aim of the I-CIA of SMEs Project is improving the competitiveness of SMEs in Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia and Turkey by supporting staff in competitive intelligence and strategy.

Project develops an anti-corruptional education in which applies practical anti-corruption measures and propagates intolerance for corruption. 10 in the project participating municipalities will become “Pure municipalities” in which corruption scale change will continuously be measured even after the project on the basis of the indicators of corruption reduction identification and measurement technique which will be created by specialists during the project.

The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK) is participating in the international Erasmus+ project “Promoting Creativity and Innovation Management in an innovative blended learning and validation programme at the interface between higher education (HE) and business” (CIM) (KA2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices – Knowledge Alliances).

The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists has just lauched a project called “Jobs for the Future: Decent Work for a Competitive Economy (Acronum: Future Work)” (Project No. 2020/530724) to enhance the concept of ‘Decent Work’ in Lithuania.  Other project partners are Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation (LPPSF), Fellesforbundet – the Norwegian Trades Union Federation, and VDI – the Lithuanian Labour Inspectorate and Prof. Dr. Peter Totterdill from the Workplace Innovation Europe CLG (the UK).

The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK) is participating in the project “Integration of Lithuanian business into international value chains of Experimental Development and Innovation (InterInoLT)”. Aim of the project: to create a network of Lithuanian Experimental Development and Innovation Representatives (“Ambassadors”) to promote the potential of Lithuanian Experimental Development and Innovation (R&D&I) abroad by: increasing funds from international R&D&I programmes; attracting investment to innovative projects and export of high value-added products and services (innovation) (to help companies move out of R&D&I sandbox in Lithuania).

The project aims to create a sustainable institutional and methodical framework for the development and realisation of sectoral qualification standards and vocational training curricula in line with Lithuanian and European Qualifications Frameworks.

The project “Trusted Badge Systems” aims at fostering the use of  ‘Open Badges’ in European youth work in cooperation with the employment market. Open Badge is a visual representation of individual learning and achievements. Every badge contains meta-data which describes learning process, criteria and achievements of badge owner. They offer innovative ways to visualise learning pathways and document learning achievements. Badges are usually organised into badge systems helping to organise any learning and adapt it to the individual needs of target groups.

This project will enable the practical cooperation between member states for information Exchange between authorities and social partners; enables the effective information availability to the companies /posted workers. A Lithuanian network of Anna Lindh foundation unites a variety of members from universities or civil society organisations, to governmental and public institutions. Based on principles democracy, head of the network is elected every 3 years. LPK has been elected to be Head of Network on 6/11/2014.

This project is the pilot initiative to build new information and communication model between social partners for better information about the youth guarantee. This model is based on the concept that all information, provided in many Internet pages, documents and in other publicly accessible is not enough systemized. The core of our model – Integrated information platform and mobile application, that integrates, processes all the information about the youth guarantee and selects only the individualized information for a person.
