SociaLTy

The main  goal of the project is:
– to improve social dialogue;
– to encourage bilateral negotiations;
– to agree on key negotiating principles, procedures and possible topics for future collective agreements.

The main result of the project is a basic agreement between the employers and trade union umbrella organizations. In the scope of the project we are planning to establish a permanent working group of social partners that will generate ideas and will be drafting agreement.

Cooperation with Norwegian social partners, who shared their experience of bipartite social dialogues and developed knowledge of Lithuanian social partners for bipartite negotiations during project activities, will continue future cooperation with Lithuanian social partners and Committee on decent work agenda and other challenges.

The lead partner is Lithuanian Trade Union Confederation (LPSK).

The project is funded by Norwegian agency Innovation Norway.

The project activities start in July 2020 and end in June 2022.
