POWERDIALOGUE

The project aims to trigger cardinal change (in terms of quality and effectiveness) in social dialogue processes in Lithuania (of the National Tripartite Council format in particular) to achieve better cooperation among the Council members, higher quality outcomes of the Tripartite negotiations. As the members of the National Tripartite Council would become more capable and empowered, the format of National Tripartite Council will gain much more trust publicly and among Nation Institutions. Members of the National Tripartite Council are linked to the majority of social dialogue processes in Lithuania; by empowering Members of the National Tripartite Council, the project will allow quality change to translate to the other social dialogue formats in Lithuania.

Main target groups and stakeholders benefiting from the POWERDIALOGUE: project beneficiaries (LPK and LPPSF – business and employee umbrella organisations), their members (associations and companies – 7 000 companies), permanent and alternate members of the National Tripartite Council (consists of 7 employer organisations, 7 employee organisations and 7 governmental organisations – around 84 people in total), members of the National Industry Digitalisation Platform in Lithuania “Industry 4.0” (around 50 people in total), the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the European policy makers.  Dissemination will include educational aspect – attractive information campaign to develop public knowledge of the benefits of social dialogue. Therefore, the Project will have a broader impact on the views of general society on social dialogue.
